Please send the filled out entry form together with attachments to the
Organisers Office OPPA

attachments:

1. demo recording of songs entered in the competition on a CD or CD-R

 2. lyrics of five songs in computer prints in A4 size, in five complete sets (each set containing all the songs entered)

3. an information of the Applicant’s previous artistic achievements (participation in competitions and/or festivals, prizes won, radio or TV recording sessions, cassettes or records released, etc. – in chronological order)
